Order a Custom Gift tailored to the recipient. Select your budget below ($39-$199) then answer 6 optional questions. Present will curate your choice of a gift bag, gift box, or unwrapped collection of items that are in stock (special order other items with lead time). Receive a picture for approval (optional), include a note to the recipient, tell us any wrap preferences, and specify a date you’d like for it to ship/arrive. No design fee.
Request items you seen in the online store, or other favorites you may remember from the retail store if you’d like, and we’ll try to include them.
Alternatively, you can purchase gift collections, or individual items.
Corporate colors can be used for wrap if colors are in stock. Note at checkout.
A gift box (shipped or delivered) includes fill, tissue, gift wrap, ribbon and enclosure card.
A gift bag (delivered) includes bag, tissue and ribbon.
Steps to complete this form:
Select “Your Budget” (above), and we’ll curate a collection that fits into a gift box or gift bag (your preference).
Select the “Quantity” of boxes to ship to one address. Usually Quantity “1” is plenty. If you choose more than “1”, it will multiply your budget by the quantity of boxes. If you’d like to send gifts to multiple addresses, you can either create separate orders for each address, or put in a place holder address then contact Present with your mailing list. You’ll be asked if the recipient prefers sweets (chocolates, cookies, etc.), savory (nuts, crackers, olive oil, etc.) or spa items.
A note can be included for Present to write on a card.
A ribbon color can be requested (e.g. corporate color) and we’ll use it if in stock. You may request to add one outside item (e.g. company mug) for free if it fits - $5 for each additional outside item. Outside items must be received prior to production. Allow extra time for outside items. Contact Present for details.
After your order is received, Present will curate a gift collection. You’ll be emailed a photo of items selected for your approval if you’d like. Allow an additional day for each revision request. Special Offer: FREE custom design service for the forseeable future!
Your gift will be carefully packed in a box with eco-friendly wrap and a ribbon if you prefer. You’ll receive a USPS tracking number.
Orders are generally ready for shipping within 24 business hours unless otherwise stated. Email us at to confirm if it is a rush. Packages will be prepared for shipping ASAP during your ship window unless you request that it be shipped at a later date during checkout.
Each gift box is uniquely curated unless multiple identical boxes are requested. Due to inventory, multiple identical boxes can take more time than multiple similar boxes (e.g. with varying chocolate bar flavors).

If a delivery appointment time is not possible, Present will offer your choice of free shipping (limited time) or a refund.Pickup in Santa Cruz is available for free by appointment with a Present team member at the UPS store at 849 Almar Ave, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. Contact Present to arrange a pick up time. UPS does not hold packages for Present customers, but a Present team member can arrange a time to meet you. If a time cannot be arranged, Present will offer your choice of free shipping (limited time) or a refund.
Also During Checkout: You’ll be asked about style of wrap, a note for an enclosure card, dietary considerations, and any other info you’d like to provide.

Ordering Again? To replicate the design and items from a past order, write "replicate past order" so the form will be faster for you.
Multiple recipients? This store allows multiple orders per transaction, but only one shipping address and one shipping method per transaction. To ship to multiple U.S. addresses: use your address as the placeholder shipping address then include a note that you will email the list of recipients to us. Payment for shipping can be charged separately. To ship internationally, some customers choose to arrange a pick-up or delivery and mail the gifts themselves.
