Traditional Aged Balsamic Vinegar: Barrel-aged and imported from Modena, Italy. Beautifully balanced rich aroma and complex flavor characteristics, with a deep glossy brown color. A strong finish with velvety undertones.
Serving Suggestions: Use as a dip for fresh artisan breads or drizzle over steamed vegetables and stir-fry dishes. Use as a glaze or a marinade for meats, poultry, sautéing or grilling fresh vegetables and steak.
Pairing Recommendations: SB Fresh Basil or Meyer Lemon Olive Oil.
